  • Step 2: Custom Layouts & Clear Estimates We verify inventory availability and provide you with straightforward pricing. If your event requires it, we will also generate professional CAD floor plans and a precise shift-by-shift labor schedule.

  • Step 3: Delivery, Execution & Support We can drop off the prepped gear directly at your venue, or our W-2 certified technicians can handle the complete set-up, strike, and live show operation alongside your management team.

The On Call AV Premium Rental Standard:

  • Professional-Grade Inventory: We do not broker cheap consumer gear. Our local AV inventory is exclusively stocked with show-ready, rider-friendly equipment, including Panasonic 10k and 12k laser projectors, QSC active loudspeakers, and Shure SLXD wireless microphone racks.

  • The "No Missing Pieces" Guarantee: There is nothing worse than opening a rental case and missing an adapter. All of our rental kits are meticulously prepped before they leave the shop and include the necessary SDI/HDMI video cables, Blackmagic converters, and XLR signal cables you need to actually make the gear work.

  • Advance Site Visits & Custom AV Layouts: We conduct advance venue walks to spot potential technical challenges before show day. We design the optimal layout for your specific space, providing real-world floor plans—like the 12' x 24' stage, catwalks, and dual 12-foot projector screens we regularly design for major financial summits.
